In 1998, Panama Hatties expanded its’
horizons. With the addition of two banquet
rooms, Panama Hatties can now help you celebrate your next special
event. The rooms were designed
to maintain the food and service standards for
which Panama Hatties is renowned.
In February of
2003 Matthew Hisiger, the Executive Chef for the past five years,
has realized his dreams and became the new owner of Panama Hatties.
He looks forward to continuing the tradition of the fine food and
excellent service that Panama Hatties has provided for the past ten
years.
